In early 1950’s, Wayne’s grandfather started his own construction company which led to his father carrying on the family business. His fathers and grandfather’s passion and enthusiasm for construction was engrained in Wayne at a very young age.

Wayne worked for the family business in his youth before going on to college and then securing positions in other construction corporations.

After success in all his endeavours, Wayne decided to apply his education and experience to carry on the family tradition.

Justin is a lifelong resident of St. Petersburg and a 5th generation Floridian. His youth, professionalism and intelligence brings customer confidence and enthusiasm to every construction project.

Justin is one of the companies most successful project managers due to thorough research, detailed planning and second to none customer service. His hard work and dedication to the company has resulted in his promotion to Vice President of Construction and partner if the firm. Justin is a family man and adds to his list of accomplishments, a beautiful wife and two adorable children.

Rick is a fourth generation Floridian. His grandfather and father spent their entire careers in real estate and construction. Rick grew up in and around construction and worked for his father’s construction company before joining Ed Seifried Construction in 1999.

After serving as a very successful project manager for 8 years, Rick was made a partner in the firm in 2008. His specialty is managing medical facility projects but he is experienced with all of the company service divisions.

Rick’s customer and subcontractor relationships are second to none. He is one of the most respected and well liked project managers in the industry. Rick is also the company fishing expert and guide and often takes customers and vendors for a sure day of fishing success!

Gary has worked for Ed Seifried for the last ten years and has managed just about every type of project possible. Gary grew up in Florida and around construction. Gary spent his summers as a teen working for a family members construction company before traveling to Washington D.C to work for the transportation department building the D.C Subway.

After gaining tons of experience in subway construction, Gary moved back to the Tampa Bay area to start his own carpentry business. He focused on new residential housing and remodelling for the better part of 20 years before joining the Ed Seifried Construction team. Gary has successfully managed more projects than we can count. Along with his experience, Gary brings a sense of humour to every project. When Gary is around, you find others and yourself laughing. His outgoing, lovable personality is a welcome addition to any project and especially our team!

Douglas is the most recent addition to the Ed Seifried Construction family. He has spent the last six years in the geotechnical construction arena. During that time he directed all sales and marketing efforts and managed residential, commercial and public geotechnical construction projects.

Before transitioning into construction, Douglas served five years as the Sales and Marketing Director for a large IT company servicing the Tampa Bay Area.

Douglas has spent his entire career in sales and marketing and brings additional customer service and enthusiasm to the team.

Jason is the youngest member of the team and has been with Ed Seifried Construction most of his adult life.

The carpentry and construction abilities Jason has gained over the years makes him the go-to guy for assistance when our project managers need a hand.

He is always ready and willing and very enthusiastic about helping the team.

Tina moved to St. Petersburg 20 years ago from Michigan and the only member of our team that is not a Florida native. Of course no one holds that against her because Tina has been instrumental to the company from day one and that was over ten years ago!

Tina helps manage all the financial aspects of our projects and our company. Tina has the rare talent of having so many responsibilities look easy. She is a key factor is making the company continue to run smoothly and efficiently. In addition to her administrative skills Tina always brings a smile to the office. If you happen to visit our home office, you will often find Tina there to greet you with a big smile!
