Who We Are

Ed Seifried Construction, Inc. is a third generation, State Certified General Contractor that has served Tampa Bay and the Central Florida area with honesty and integrity for over four decades.

Our Beginnings

The company began providing residential construction services in 1950 and over the last 58 years has evolved into a full service design build, construction management and general contracting firm.

Headquartered in St. Petersburg, the company built small and large residential homes in the Tampa area during the 1950’s and 60’s. In the 1970’s the company specialized in building exclusive, high end residential homes and began building small commercial projects.

The residential projects included some of the finest homes in the Tampa Bay area, including Point Brittany and Bayway Isles.

Our commercial projects included health centres, financial institutions, restaurants, and retail shops.

Company History

The 80's and 90's

In the 1980's, Ed Seifried Construction continued building custom homes and began servicing the Pinellas County School Board. The company also added medical facilities, professional buildings, office buildings and retail projects to our resume.

In the early 1990’s, the company added heavy commercial, industrial and manufacturing facilities to our list of projects, including surgical operating rooms, manufacturing clean rooms, research and development labs and major manufacturing facilities.

The Last Decade and Into Tomorrow...

During the last decade Ed Seifried Construction has specialized in medium to large size institutional, industrial, medical, office and retail construction.

To date, the company has built more MRI/CT/PET facilities than any other contractor in the world!
